Return policy

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within five working days after receiving the return shipment. Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form by e-mail

Step 2: Send your order together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you label the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within five working days.

COSTS OF RETURNING

In principle, you are always responsible for the costs of returning a product. Did you receive the wrong product or variant? Then you do not need to return this product, we will send you a new one.

Please note that our return address is in China.

DEFECTIVE

You do not need to return defective products. This is because we cannot offer them again. In this case, you will simply receive a new product or the purchase amount will be refunded. All we ask is for confirmation of the defective product in the form of one or more photos of the product.

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you ordered a specific version of a product but received a different or incorrect product, you can also use the form on this page to request a new delivery of the correct product or version. Include a photo as proof of the incorrectly delivered product or version and indicate which product or version you would like to receive instead.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

Step 3: Send your order

Go to a post office near you and send the items. Always label the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are legally responsible for this and in theory we can refuse the return if no track & trace code is included.

Step 4: Have the purchase amount transferred to your bank account

Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase price is refunded to your bank account within five days! The refund will be made using the same method you used to pay. In the case of a bank transfer, you will receive the amount back in your bank account; in the case of a credit card, the full balance will be credited to your credit card.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please ensure that:

  • the items are complete
  • the items are in their original packaging and undamaged
  • you have a track & trace code for your return shipment
  • the return form is enclosed
  • your order number is on the return label
  • your name is on the return label
  • Does your return shipment not meet the above requirements? Then we will unfortunately not be able to process your return and refund the purchase amount.

PROCESSING

You will automatically receive a message once we have processed your return shipment and the refund has been made. Of course, we will try to do this as quickly as possible. If you have not heard from us after 30 days, please contact our customer service department.

PLEASE NOTE: If you return a product and it arrives damaged or incomplete, we will unfortunately be unable to accept it and refund the purchase price. So make sure you pack the products well when you return them, especially fragile products.

FAQ

Where can I find the return form?

You can request it below by sending us an e-mail via the contact form. You will receive it from us as soon as your return shipment has been registered.

Where can I find the Track & Trace code?

You will receive the Track & Trace code from the post office or postal company from which you are sending the return shipment to us. So make sure you send the return shipment with a Track & Trace number from the postal service you used to send the package. You can send us the Track & Trace code you received from the post office by e-mail after you have registered your return shipment.

Where can I find the return address?

You will receive the return address from us as soon as you have registered your return shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: The return address on your package is not the same as our return address. Do not simply return the products to this address without prior notification. Unfortunately, returns sent to an address other than our return address cannot be refunded because we will never receive them.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order in our webshop. You can also find your order number in all the shipping confirmation emails you have received from us. The order number consists of 4 or 5 digits.

If you cannot find your order number, send us an email and ask for your order number!
